Man left severely deformed after an unlicensed doctor cuts off his ‘peen’

A South Florida man was left with a severely deformed, 1-inch-long penis after an unlicensed doctor allegedly botched a surgery.

Mark Schreiber, 60, was arrested last week on one count of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury after his 55-year-old patient told police he was “mutilated” by the bogus doctor and could no longer have sex, the Sun Sentinel reported.

“The victim’s penis was now incredibly small, yet very swollen and the skin around the shaft had been removed and was raw,” police said in a warrant.

Schreiber used to operate out of the Plastic Surgery Art Centre in Boynton Beach before he lost his license to practice medicine seven years ago, according to the Sentinel.

The Tamarac, Fla., man pleaded guilty in 2008 to felony charges of practicing medicine without a license and was released from prison in 2010, the paper reported.

He was barred from trying to obtain a medical license again under a plea deal, but allegedly broke the contract when he took a $1,000 job in January to remove a “filler” that was injected into a man’s penis to make it look larger.

That operation left the patient, who is a hair stylist, with a penis that had “retracted so far that it protruded less than one inch from his body,” the warrant said.

The victim also has no sensation during urination and suffers from painful “spontaneous erections,” he told police.

He woke up the morning after his surgery to find his penis soaking in bloody bandages.

Schreiber allegedly told the patient the bleeding was normal, instructing him to “just put two sticks (on) either side” of the penis and “wrap it up to keep it straight,” according to the warrant.

Police are on the hunt for the person who performed the initial enhancement operation, who they identified as Nery Carvajal Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, 48, also faces charges of practicing medicine without a license.
