A former Florida police officer already accused of having sex with two women without telling them

he was HIV positive has been arrested again and now faces three additional counts.

The total number of women is now five.

Ervans Saintclair, 38, was first arrested last year on two counts of criminal transmission of HIV. After being suspended with pay from the Greenacres Police Department in Palm Beach County, he was later terminated.

Three more women came forward after news spread of Saintclair’s arrest. He was charged Tuesday with having sex with the women without disclosing his HIV status, WPBF-TV reported.

Authorities say Saintclair knew he was infected, but kept it to himself and had unprotected sex with several of the women.

The sexual interludes occurred between 2006 and 2013.

Medical records showed Saintclair was diagnosed with HIV in 2007 as part of his pre-employment medical exam for the Greenacres police force.

He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
